BRIARDS
WINNING BIG !
It’s been a close and interesting race this year for Top
Briard honors in the show rings. what is surprising is the
current top two (one in All ‘Breed stats, and one in Breed
stats) are both black bitches! So much for the nonsense
about black briards can’t win, not to mention, boys always
do better than girls in shows. these two girls are proving
that old legend a phony.
Not to leave the boys really in the dust, a youngster from
California shown by a very accomplished Jr Handler who
also co-owns the dog with her mom, a tawny boy is doing
some nice winning in the heavy California competition
too.
Here are the three Briards who have so far won BIS , RBIS
or BISS this year to date. There are two more regionals to be
held along with the October National. Will these three play
keep away from the rest of the competiton or will someone
else come out to play and join the big win spotlight? Stay
tuned we’ll let you all know what’s going on as the year
progresses right here in Le Magazine, the magazine for the
American Briard, show, performance and fantastic com-
panion dogs get the spotlinght focused on them within our
pages!
